ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Ethics & Compliance Strategic Program Manager to design and implement innovative compliance processes across the Ethics & Compliance function. You will lead ABAC and Export Compliance initiatives, optimize workflows, and collaborate with SMEs to build scalable, AI-enabled controls using the ServiceNow platform.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of project management experience across cross-functional initiatives.
• Foundational knowledge of ethics and compliance topics (conflicts of interest, gifts/hospitality, anti-corruption/FA CPA, trade compliance, data privacy).
• Ability to translate compliance and business requirements into technical solutions and partner across organizations.

Role Summary

We seek a strategic and detail-orientedSeniorEthics & Compliance Programs Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative compliance processes across our Ethics & Compliance function. This role is pivotal in transformingkey compliance controls, with a strong focus on ABAC &Export Compliance,through process optimization, technology enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work with E & C subject matter experts to architect comprehensive compliancesolutionsthat leverage ServiceNow and AI capabilities to build a state-of-the-art compliancecontrols and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop core Ethics & Compliance program processes, translating compliance requirements into scalable, user-friendly workflows that enhance organizational risk management
• Collaborate with E & C SMEs across multiple domains to understand compliance challenges and opportunities, serving as a connector between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Lead the automation and digitalization of compliance processes using ServiceNow tools, AI functionality, and other enterprise platforms to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve compliance visibility
• Develop and execute multi-year compliance program roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy and regulatory evolution
• Identify and facilitate integration opportunities between compliance processes and business operations, connecting SMEs with relevant teams to drive adoption and sustainable implementation
• Manage end-to-end program initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
• Support the continuous improvement of compliance processes through monitoring, feedback collection, and iterative enhancements
• Communicate program status, milestones, and recommendations to E & C leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

To be successful in this role you have:

• 7+ years of project management experience, with demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Workingfoundational knowledge of Code of Ethics and Compliance topics such as conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, anti-corruption/FCPA,Trade Compliance,data privacy, and related compliance domains
• Proven ability to partner effectively across organizations, building consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience with process design, business process optimization, or workflow automation
• Demonstrated capability to translate compliance and business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex compliance concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Project management proficiency and familiarity with PM tools and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and administration, or other enterprise compliance/workflow tools
• Familiarity with AI applications in business process automation or compliance functions
• Background in compliance, ethics, legal operations, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
• Experience implementing enterprise-wide compliance programs or initiatives
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and standards (SOX, ISO, industry-specific requirements)
