Moog is seeking an Ethics and Compliance Partner to lead investigations, prepare investigative reports, and conduct root-cause analyses to drive lessons learned across the organization.

The role supports Moog's speak-up culture, interfaces with outside counsel and internal teams, and may offer a hybrid schedule near Buffalo, NY or a remote option within the United States for the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in compliance, risk management, or related field.
• Over seven (7) years of investigative experience, including cross-border investigations; aerospace & defense preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Adaptable to change.
• Ability to handle multiple and diverse tasks with varying deadlines.
• Willingness to support significant domestic and international travel.

Aufgaben

• Conduct investigations arising from the Company's ethics and compliance hotline.
• Prepare and update investigation procedures.
• Manage investigations requiring outside counsel, consultants, and external parties.
• Conduct root-cause analyses.
• Prepare and maintain investigation reports.
• Support the launch of the global ethics liaison network.
• Coordinate ongoing meetings with ethics liaison network to ensure alignment with charter.
