Job summary

Invesco seeks a Senior ETF Specialist to join its client-facing ETF team, supporting distribution across retail channels and brokers. You will leverage ETF and Indexed Strategies resources to educate clients, deliver tailored education on investment strategies, and partner with Consultants to grow market share.

The role requires Series 7 & 63, a Bachelor’s in business/finance, and 5+ years of ETF experience, with CFA preferred. Travel up to 80% is expected in a hybrid, office-based environment.

• 5+ years of investment experience with ETFs.
• Deep ETF expertise and capital markets knowledge.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Consultants to drive ETF market share growth and net sales.
• Deliver tailored education on ETF strategies and portfolio construction.
• Lead presentations in virtual, phone, and in-person formats.
• Serve as a trusted resource for client inquiries on ETF features and performance.
• Travel up to 80% to support client engagement.
