Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Distribution and Expense Servicing Supervisor to support the day-to-day treasury operations of ETF, mutual funds, and related products.

You will oversee calculations, distributions, tax classifications, and vendor reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance. With a background in accounting or finance, preferably CPA, and 8+ years in fund administration or public accounting, you will collaborate with fund administrators, tax teams, and custodians to drive efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA certification or candidacy preferred
• Eight or more years of experience in Fund Administration or related field (e.g., public accounting)

Responsibilities

• Review calculations, projected income and capital gain distribution estimates for clients.
• Monitor and review the distribution process for ETF and mutual fund products, including calculations, reconciliations and payments.
• Validate distribution rates, components and tax classifications; review vendor reporting and income projections.
• Collaborate with fund administrators, tax administrators, fund accountants, transfer agents, custodians, index providers and exchanges.
• Support daily financial operations by overseeing invoice processing, managing vendor relationships and allocation of fund expenses.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Work with internal teams and external service providers.
• Lead projects, mentor teammates and communicate with mid-level and senior Fund Administrators.
