Job summary

T. Rowe Price seeks an ETF Analyst to support pre- and post-trade analyses, leveraging ETF mechanics and tax optimization to improve after‑tax outcomes and reduce costs. You’ll work with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Tax, and Technology to scale data-driven ETF solutions.

The role emphasizes building scalable data foundations, coordinating across Technology and Business units, and driving data governance for ETF platforms. A hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience extracting, transforming, and manipulating data with APIs, relational databases, JSON and XML.
• Programming experience in R and another language (Python, C/C++).
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively and solve problems creatively.
• Comprehensive understanding of ETFs and tax lot optimization.
• Fixed income experience is a plus.
• ETF and/or accounting experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Insight Communication: analyze PM trade ideas for ETFs and refine strategies.
• Subject Matter Expertise: propose ETF data governance improvements and roadmap.
• Communication and Spokesperson: share ETF data plan and create clear communications.
• Growth in Role: progress to ownership of ETF Data governance and cross‑functional data initiatives.
