Bank N.A. seeks an ETF Algo Engineer to design and support low-latency trading algorithms for our ETF Market Making team.

You will apply AI-assisted development to improve productivity, quality, and delivery across multiple asset types, while closely partnering with traders and engineers. The role requires strong Python/C++ software engineering, knowledge of market data, execution workflows, and trading protocols.

Formación

• 5–7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.
• Strong software engineering in Python and/or C++, with production system experience.
• Familiarity with trading workflows, market data, and protocols like FIX or venue interfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and support low-latency ETF pricing and execution algorithms.
• Build trading, pricing, and risk-management tools across ETFs and related assets.
• Integrate exchange, broker, and market-data connectivity; enhance observability.
