Qualifications

• 10+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction with projects over $50M.
• Strong network of subcontractors in the Austin/Central Texas region.
• Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level estimates during early design stages.
• Lead the bid process including subcontractor pre-qualification.
• Collaborate with the Virtual Design and Construction team.
