Job summary

Cordoba Corporation is seeking a Senior Estimator in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of estimating experience, preferably in transit projects, and will be responsible for developing cost estimates for complex infrastructure programs.

This role requires strong knowledge of design methodologies and excellent proficiency in cost management software. The successful applicant will facilitate cost estimate development and support contractor reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of means and methods used on transit infrastructure projects.
• Minimum of 15+ years of estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates for CAHSR from planning to construction.
• Support review of Contractor estimates and claims.
• Develop policies for programmatic cost estimating.

Skills

Knowledge of design and construction disciplines

Ability to coordinate internal and external resources

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Estimating experience

Negotiation skills

Education

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Science/Management

Tools
