Job summary

Greenberry Industrial is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare and submit accurate, competitive bids for complex industrial fabrication projects in Vancouver, WA. You will develop takeoffs, price labor and materials, evaluate subcontractor quotes, and assemble bid packages across structural steel, modular assemblies, vessels, and nuclear scopes.

Work closely with estimating leadership, project management, engineering, procurement, and business development to ensure estimates reflect

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management preferred.
• 5–8 years of industrial construction estimating experience.
• Exposure to nuclear or regulated environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates aligned with client bid schedules and requirements.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, specs, and models for steel, modular, vessels, and nuclear scopes.
• Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing per project needs.
• Assemble complete bid packages with clarifications and assumptions.
