Job summary

DCI Marketing, part of Marmon Holdings, Inc., is seeking an Estimator in Milwaukee to develop detailed cost estimates for retail displays and fixtures. You will work with Sales, Design, PM, and Production to define requirements and build cost-effective sourcing solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in estimating or sourcing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems. Travel to supplier locations may be required in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in estimating, sourcing, purchasing, or manufacturing roles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed cost estimates for displays, fixtures, and components.
• Build complete project costs including materials, tooling, packaging, logistics, overhead, labor, and margins.
• Issue RFQs, evaluate supplier quotes, negotiate terms, and select sourcing options.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design, PM, and Production to meet project requirements and timelines.
