Job summary

DCI Marketing, Inc. in Milwaukee seeks an experienced Estimator to develop accurate project and program cost estimates for outsourced retail displays and fixtures.

You will collaborate with Sales, Design, Project Management, Production and suppliers to define requirements and build cost-effective sourcing solutions. You will identify cost drivers, maintain cost data, and support supplier selection, negotiations, and cross-functional guidance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across a variety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in estimating, sourcing, purchasing, manufacturing, project management, or supply chain.
• Experience obtaining, analyzing, and negotiating supplier quotations.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and external suppliers.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed estimates for displays, fixtures, and components.
• Build complete project costs including materials, tooling, packaging, logistics, and margins.
• Maintain cost data and estimating tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop RFQs, evaluate supplier pricing, and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design, Project Management, and Production.
