Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of estimating experience focused on large multi-family residential projects.
• Specific experience with HUD and OFHA estimating guidelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end estimates and ensure accuracy across the lifecycle.
• Set up subcontractor bid lists and analyze bids and scopes.
• Perform detailed takeoffs and pricing with current market data.
• Develop value engineering ideas with associated costs.
• Prepare preconstruction schedules and staffing/General Conditions plan.
• Present cost data to clients and maintain strong owner/architect/subcontractor relationships.
