A specialty trenchless utility contractor seeks an experienced Estimator / Project Manager in Lincoln, NE. The successful candidate will manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring financial success and leading a team. This full-time position offers the potential for remote/hybrid work, along with comprehensive benefits, and requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as an Estimator and/or Project Manager.
• 5+ years field experience in utilities or underground construction.
• 3+ years experience managing others.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, review, and submit bids accurately and timely.
• Communicate schedules and processes with stakeholders.
• Monitor and close out project financials.
