Job summary

Senior Estimator in Perry, GA will lead estimating and preconstruction for commercial construction projects. You will develop accurate cost estimates, manage the preconstruction process, coordinate subcontractor procurement, and support projects from conceptual budgeting through award and turnover to operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, strong cost analysis skills, and proficiency with estimating software such as Bluebeam, Procore,

Qualifications

BS degree or equivalent in CM/Engineering/Architecture.
10+ years in commercial construction estimating.
Experience estimating $1M to $20M+ projects.
Proficiency in leading preconstruction efforts.
Skilled reading drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

Lead estimating and cost analysis for conceptual through final construction estimates.
Manage preconstruction activities including budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies.
Coordinate subcontractor bidding, scope reviews, and value engineering.
Assist in owner meetings, design reviews, and preconstruction planning sessions.
Support project teams with change order pricing and cost updates.
