Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years' experience estimating, preferably in a general contractor role.
• Ability to read and analyze construction documents for commercial projects.
• Intermediate computer skills including knowledge of spreadsheet programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Manage subcontractor solicitation and ensure proper bid coverage.
• Mentor and train junior estimators in estimating processes.
