Qualifications

• Demonstrate integrity, respect, and excellence in their work.
• Must have OSHA 10 safety training.
• Understand both CSI formatting and Uni-Formatting styles.

Responsibilities

• Create bid invites and send out to chosen subcontractor lists.
• Foster relationships with subcontractors through trade group meetings.
• Perform quantity takeoffs (QTO) using OST.
• Review scopes in meetings with subcontractors and design teams.
