The role emphasizes budgets for negotiated and design-build work, use of advanced estimating tools, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Strong analytics with unit costs, market trends and cost drivers.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and standard estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Champion the full estimating cycle from conceptual estimates to final bid submissions.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost assessments for accurate bid summaries.
• Lead coordination with subcontractors and suppliers for bid day logistics.
• Develop detailed budgets for negotiated works and design-build projects.
• Drive post-bid analyses and seamless handovers to operations.
