Job summary

Selvaggio Steel in Springfield, IL is seeking an Experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our in-person team. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and production staff to prepare cost estimates and manage projects from conception to fabrication.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, is proficient in AutoCAD or REVIT, and comfortable with engineering calculations. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with architectural and/or engineering drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or REVIT 3D modeling.
• Proficient with computers and engineering math.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good project management and advanced analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with engineers, contractors, architects and production staff.
• Consulting with industry experts to discuss cost estimates and/or manufacturing drawings.
• Using computer software to calculate cost estimates or document the fabrication process.
• Can follow through without direct supervision.
