Ohmstede Industrial Services seeks a Senior Estimator to prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for piping, mechanical, and turnaround projects. You will collaborate with planning, scheduling, engineering, and project management teams to support bid development and execution planning.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong analytical capability, and the ability to provide cost breakdowns and justification for proposals.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in industrial estimating for piping, mechanical, and turnaround projects.
• Background in refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial facilities.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and work packages.
• Experience with turnaround planning and scheduling processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed cost estimates for piping, mechanical, and turnaround projects.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs for piping systems, mechanical equipment, and related work scopes.
• Validate pricing using historical data, industry benchmarks, and vendor quotations.
• Support bid development, risk analysis, and client-facing presentations.
