Job summary

Contracts Consultancy Ltd. is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead cost development across piping, equipment, and facility-based projects in upstream and midstream Oil & Gas and infrastructure.

You will develop estimates from drawings, specs and bid packages, perform takeoffs, build labor models, identify risks, evaluate vendor quotes, and prepare cost summaries and proposals for multiple bids.

Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating experience in industrial construction or energy
• Experience within upstream, midstream or downstream facilities
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation methods

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate estimates from drawings, specs, and bid packages
