Michels Utility Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to evaluate bid specs and drawings, ensuring complete bid capture.

You will follow up with subcontractors and collaborate with Project Management to align bids with budgets, delivering accurate, timely estimates with strong numerical precision. We value safety, reliability, and a track record of quality work in natural gas infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required or equivalent experience.
• 5-7+ years of related experience in estimating or utility industry exposure.
• Solid Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel; strong numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate bid specifications and drawings to ensure complete bid capture.
• Follow up with subcontractors to secure bids and coordinate with Project Management on budgets.
• Produce accurate estimates and maintain attention to detail throughout the bidding process.
