• Experience leading estimating for large, multi-discipline projects
• Ability to review designs for risks and value engineering opportunities
• Proven track record delivering accurate, timely, and competitive estimates

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating efforts across electrical, mechanical, low voltage, systems, and energy scopes
• Prepare detailed estimates, material takeoffs, labor analyses, and cost breakdowns
• Review drawings and specs to identify risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to define project requirements
• Mentor junior estimators and oversee bid documents and contract scope reviews
• Ensure estimates align with company standards, policies, and procedures
