You will lead estimating efforts, analyze bid documents, source bids, and develop pricing for complex mechanical systems. The role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, with a focus on teamwork and growth within a national firm.

Competenze

• Ten+ years of conceptual mechanical estimating with Multifamily/Highrise/assisted living focus.
• Proficient in MS Office and estimating software (AutoBid preferred).
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and efficient.
• Customer service oriented and capable of leadership.

Mansioni

• Manage estimating processes and timelines to meet objectives.
• Analyze bids with Business Development to qualify opportunities.
• Evaluate project docs to conceptually understand scope and key factors.
• Develop conceptual engineering: system selection, layout, sizing.
• Source and solicit bids from subcontractors and vendors; distribute docs.
• Prepare pricing and validate it with research; ensure competitiveness.
• Present estimating packages to executives and senior management.
• Follow up on bids and forecast future awards; transfer to operations.
