Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead estimating activities for complex projects from Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ. The role requires deep knowledge across disciplines, the ability to read drawings and specs, and strong cost control and bid capabilities.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, guiding estimators and interfacing with clients to develop accurate, competitive estimates for pre-FEED and FEED stages, ensuring alignment with approved procedures.

Qualifications

• Extensive estimating experience across multiple disciplines and project types.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs for accurate cost estimation.
• Strong proficiency in cost controls and bid preparation.

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages, and executes all estimating activities on assigned projects.
• Provide technical guidance to staff and ensure accuracy of cost estimates.
• Support development of estimating standards, procedures and tender proposals.
