Job summary

Allegiance Group, a well-established commercial General Contractor in Duluth, GA, seeks a Senior Estimator to join its preconstruction team. You will lead estimates from initial concept through final bid and collaborate with PMs, superintendents, design teams, and subcontractors on diverse commercial projects.

The role emphasizes accurate cost breakdowns, value engineering, and presenting proposals to senior management.

Qualifications

• GC experience preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with estimating software tools.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimates from initial concept through final bid.
• Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings and specs.
• Develop detailed scopes, budgets and cost breakdowns.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier pricing and bids.
• Identify value-engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
• Mentor and support junior estimators.
