Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of estimating experience, a B.S. in Civil or Architectural Engineering, and substantial familiarity with relevant estimating software. This position is essential for maintaining project integrity from initial estimates to final contract compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience estimating, with previous General Contractor experience.
• Ability to read and analyze construction documents.
• Independent sales strengths for presentations and project pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall project estimates and mentoring the estimating team.
• Consult with clients and subcontractors to formulate estimates.
• Prepare estimates across all design stages from conceptual to construction documents.

Skills

Familiarity with Destini Estimator

Proficiency in Procore

Experience with Microsoft Teams

Understanding of On-Screen Takeoff

Education
