Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to lead detailed cost estimates for interior tenant fit-outs and retail spaces. You will review drawings, prepare schedules, issue RFIs, and negotiate with subcontractors while coordinating with clients to maintain project momentum.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to travel as needed, and a track record of delivering accurate estimates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in commercial construction.
• 8–10 years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
• Experience with interior tenant fit-outs required.
• Retail tenant fit-out experience preferred.
• Some ground-up construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Review drawings and bid documents to identify project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive construction schedules.
• Develop and issue RFIs relating to drawings and bid documents.
• Negotiate final contracts with subcontractors on scope, price, and terms.
• Interact with clients and subcontractors throughout estimating and construction process.
• Communicate with team members and clients to ensure alignment and progress.
