Job summary

Loenbro Industrial Construction in Dallas, TX seeks a Chief Industrial Mechanical Estimator to lead full estimating and proposal preparation for projects up to $20M, spanning civil, structural, and mechanical work across energy, mining, manufacturing and pharma.

You will coordinate bid activities, review specs, compile data, and work with project managers to ensure competitive, accurate bids. The role requires 5+ years in heavy industrial estimation and proficiency with major estimating tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years heavy industrial/process facility cost estimating experience.
• Strong estimating techniques and cost control knowledge.
• Ability to prepare complex proposals with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with industry software and project controls.
• Knowledge of Loenbro markets (energy, manufacturing, pharma).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid meetings and site walks to define scope.
• Prepare full-scope estimates for varied projects.
• Review drawings, specs, and data for complete proposals.
• Develop historical cost data and production databases.
• Collaborate with PMs and field teams to finalize bids.
• Manage multiple estimates with tight turnaround times.
