Matrix Project Services is seeking a Senior Estimator to develop detailed fabrication estimates for industrial components such as pressure vessels, pipe spools, and structural steel items, using drawings, specs and industry standards. You will perform quantity take-offs, coordinate with multiple trades, and prepare documented estimates that trace back to source documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in field/office estimating; 4+ years as Estimator.
• Experience with fabrication of pressure vessels, piping and structural steel.
• Strong math, attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed fabrication estimates for pressure vessels, piping, and steel.
• Performs quantity take-offs from drawings and documents into the database.
• Coordinates scope and pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensures estimates are traceable to defining documents and supports project planning.
