Reede Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Estimator – Heavy Civil & Concrete Paving to help identify, evaluate, price, and win profitable construction opportunities across the Upper Midwest.

This role goes beyond takeoffs, translating plans, labor, equipment, materials, and risks into accurate estimates. The Estimator will partner with Construction Management, field leadership, vendors, and senior leaders to determine opportunities and execution approaches for concrete paving and

Competenze

Relevant experience in heavy civil and related infrastructure.
Experience with estimating, quantity takeoffs, bidding, and preconstruction.
Ability to read plans, specs, contracts, and bid documents.
Knowledge of labor, equipment, materials, trucking, production rates, and subcontractor pricing.
Relocation to Aberdeen, SD area may be required.

Mansioni

Review plans, specs, addenda, contracts, schedules, and proposal requirements to understand project scope.
Prepare detailed estimates for heavy civil, highway, airport, municipal, and concrete paving projects.
Develop quantity takeoffs for concrete paving, base, excavation, and related scopes.
Build estimates including labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, mobilization, and overhead.
Maintain estimating documentation and ensure bids are accurate and on time.
Collaborate with Construction Management, field leadership, vendors, and leadership on bid strategy.
