Renewyx LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator in Northern California to price large heavy civil projects and lead client relations that drive new business. The role involves on-site work in the South Bay or Greater Sacramento area, with a focus on highways, bridges and infrastructure bids.

You will manage quantity takeoffs, bid submissions, and pricing for public works and private sector projects, leveraging experience with concrete packages and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil estimating experience across public works and private projects.
• Track record on substantial concrete work (highways, bridges, infrastructure).
• Strong communication skills and client-relations to drive new business.
• Able to work on-site in the South Bay or Greater Sacramento area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead estimates for heavy civil projects from takeoff to bid submission.
• Build and maintain client relationships to win future work.
• Price large public and private infrastructure bids and manage bid submissions.
