Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• 15 years of Heavy Civil/Highway and Bridge construction experience.
• 15 years of estimating/project management experience with lead estimator on projects > $50M.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete estimates for small and large heavy civil projects.
• Lead an estimate team and manage estimating staff on large/Joint Venture bids.
• Oversee quantity takeoffs and risk assessment.
• Solicit subcontractors/vendors and evaluate proposals.
• Present project means, schedule and risks to executives.
