J.F. White Contracting Co. seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee safety, quality, schedule, coordination, and profitability from bid through completion. You will be the owner contact for commercial aspects and manage one or more projects based on size and demand.

Responsibilities include estimating, subcontracting, cost forecasting, change orders, and compliance with quality and safety standards. A BS in Civil Engineering and 10+ years in heavy highway civil work are required.

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years experience in heavy highway civil construction.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or similar degree.

Mansioni

• Estimate, bid, and manage project costs and contracts.
• Coordinate with owner, client correspondence, and negotiations.
• Prepare and approve subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Review job costs and forecast expenditures.
• Prepare change orders and claims as needed.
• Select DBE/M/WBE suppliers and ensure compliance.
• Oversee scheduling and site manpower.
• Approve invoices and manage project profitability.
• Coordinate site staff and supervise quality and safety compliance.
