Job summary

Perini Management Services Inc. is seeking an in-person Estimator at our home office in Framingham, MA to work on U.S. Federal Government construction projects.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Engineering or Construction Management and 4+ years of estimating experience, including fixed-price or design-build environments. Experience with government projects is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), On-Screen take-off software, and Sage Estimating (Timberline) is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 4+ years of estimating in construction, preferably design-build or fixed-price.
• Experience with government projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project solicitation documents for accuracy and scope.
• Solicit subcontractor/vendor quotations and prepare bid packages.
• Develop scope-of-work narratives, checklists, and take-offs.
• Analyze subcontractor proposals for price, scope, and schedule.
• Coordinate with design team on design-build RFPs to support proposals.
