Job Responsibilities

• Must have 7+ years of experience
• Experience with large-scale heavy electrical projects
• Manage department functions including budgets, staffing, work assignments, and performance evaluations
• Review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and estimate contents
• Review final estimate packages for accuracy and completeness, maintain margin in pricing
• Supervise and drive department work
• Mentor and train department personnel and project staff
• Interface with contractors, architects, engineers, and officials
• Update skills with software tools and technology
• Make site visits as needed
