Qualifications

• Minimum six years of construction industry experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams of estimators on larger projects.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and schedule estimate preparation.
• Facilitate necessary meetings for project updates.
• Complete quantity surveys of materials/resources.

Skills

Ability to organize and manage multiple project tasks

Familiarity with building and estimating techniques

Proficiency in using BIM
