Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Senior Estimator for our Franklin, TN area to lead the full budget lifecycle from conceptual design through bid on complex commercial projects. You will prepare and present budgets, guide design-phase cost input, and partner with operations to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in construction estimating, strong cost modeling skills, and proficiency with Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, and take-off software. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in construction estimating or preconstruction for commercial GC
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Advanced cost modeling, estimating, and risk management experience
Proficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, and take-off software

Responsibilities

Lead full budget lifecycle from conceptual design through bid
Prepare budgets and executive summaries for clients
Oversee trade scoping and subcontractor bid analysis
Partner with Preconstruction and Operations to align assumptions and support pursuits
Mentor junior estimators and standardize estimating practices
