Monolith Construction, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead commercial and federal preconstruction across East Tennessee. You will own estimates from concept through turnover, with authority to shape outcomes in a performance-driven culture.

Role involves regional travel and collaboration with developers, architects, and field teams. Requirements include 5+ years in commercial estimating, strong reading of drawings, and proficiency with estimating software and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of related estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to develop detailed scopes of work and takeoffs.
• Strong interpretation of drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Ability to identify preconstruction risks and value engineering opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for interfacing with stakeholders.

• Lead preparation of quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Manage subcontractor procurement from solicitation to award.
• Analyze drawings and RFPs to identify risks and opportunities.
