We’re partnering with a long-term client of ours that is a highly respected, relationship-driven commercial general contractor to identify a Senior Estimator who will play a key leadership role within their growing preconstruction team.

This is more than a heads-down estimating role—this individual will lead the front end of projects, mentor junior talent, and work directly with executive leadership to shape strategy, pricing, and client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead conceptual and detailed estimating for commercial construction projects
• Manage and mentor a team of Junior Estimators
• Collaborate directly with the VP of Preconstruction on bidding strategy and project pursuit
• Engage with clients, architects, and trade partners during preconstruction
• Drive value engineering, budgeting, and cost planning efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• 8–15+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
• Proven ability to lead estimates from early concept through GMP
• Strong leadership mindset with a desire to mentor and develop others
• Experience working directly with clients and internal leadership
• Background in negotiated work and relationship-based projects is a plus
