Job summary

BOND Brothers, Inc. in Medford, MA is seeking an estimator to support corporate and project management with bid strategies, and to perform the full estimating lifecycle from take-off to bid review. You will help prepare accurate final estimate packages and participate in client presentations.

The role requires experience with heavy civil and utility construction, knowledge of contracts, and travel to NJ/NYC/CT as needed. Fluency with HCSS Heavy Bid is required.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in civil engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Established relationships with vendors and subcontractors in MA/RI/CT/NH.
  • Knowledge of estimating objectives, strategies and techniques.
  • Willingness to travel to NJ, NYC and CT as needed.
  • Must know construction contracts.
  • Strong organizational, supervisory and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in heavy civil and utility construction preferred.

  • Advanced management or technical training preferred.
