About this Role

Set the Course: Take ownership of preconstruction efforts from early concept through delivery, building budgets that position projects for success.
Foster Collaboration: Work with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to clarify scope, resolve challenges, and align expectations.
Develop Talent: Coach and support junior estimators, transferring knowledge and building a pipeline of future leaders.
Evaluate and Optimize: Identify potential risks and craft innovative, cost-effective solutions that strengthen project outcomes.
