Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator, based in Dallas, TX. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and working closely with project managers and clients to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. Daily tasks include reviewing project specifications, creating bid proposals, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining a database of cost information.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimating, project budgeting, and bid preparation in the construction industry
• Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with estimating software tools and MS Office Suite
• Relevant experience in the aquatics industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
