We are seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

As a senior estimator, you will be responsible for compiling accurate cost estimates for construction or manufacturing projects. Your main duties include evaluating project scope and developing financial summaries that adhere to budget and schedule requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from a four-year college, technical school, or university.
• 2-5 years of general construction estimating experience, including ground-up and renovation projects of new and existing structures, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of estimating experience using software such as HCCS, Heavy Bid, AGTEK, OST, P6, Excel, or similar.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Experience with Sage/Timberline, OST or A.I takeoff software, Procore, and Microsoft Office products.
• Experience preparing RFP & RFQ proposals.
