The ideal candidate has 10+ years in heavy civil/highway estimating, proficiency with HCSS Heavy Bid, and experience with CMAR, design-build, or P3 delivery methods; a 4-year engineering degree or equivalent is required.

You'll coordinate and provide full estimates on complex heavy civil projects - drainage, excavation, concrete, and bridge work - while driving alternative delivery pursuits, and carrying real profit/loss responsibility. This is not a background role.
