Populus Recruiting is seeking a Senior Estimator for a construction-focused client in Pennsylvania. You will develop detailed cost estimates from concept through bid, read drawings, specs, and manage takeoffs.

The ideal candidate has several years of estimating experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel and estimating software, and the ability to coordinate across departments to deliver accurate, competitive bids.

• Several years of estimating experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or a related environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Experience developing detailed project cost estimates and quantity takeoffs.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with estimating software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple departments.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines at the same time.

Senior Estimator

We're partnering with a client to hire an experienced Senior Estimator to support their construction/project estimating team. This person will be responsible for developing accurate project estimates, evaluating costs and project requirements, and working closely with internal teams to help ensure projects are competitively and accurately priced.

What You'll Do
