Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction efforts on multifamily projects ranging from $20M to $50M. This is not a bid-and-chase role; it focuses on negotiated work, collaboration with owners, designers, and operations to develop practical, cost-conscious solutions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in estimating or preconstruction, strong grasp of construction costs, scheduling, and constructability, and a proactive, relationship-driven

• Multifamily project experience preferred ($20M-$50M).

Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager

My client is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager / Chief Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts on multifamily projects ranging from approximately $20M-$50M.

This is not a bid-and-chase estimating role. The majority of projects are negotiated work, requiring creativity, collaboration, and a love for solving problems in a challenging construction industry. The right person will work closely with owners, sub-contractors, designers, and operations teams to develop practical solutions that keep projects on budget, on schedule, and aligned with client goals.

There will always be challenges - we are looking for someone who is eager to take them on.
