Job summary

PC Collins Company, LLC. is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our well-established commercial specialty contracting team serving the New York market.

You will lead estimating and preconstruction activities, perform takeoffs for drywall, framing, ceilings, carpentry, and related interior scopes, and collaborate with management through preconstruction and project handoff to ensure competitive bids and strong project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum strong estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with drywall, framing, ceilings, carpentry, or related interior trades preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, specifications, takeoffs, pricing, and bid preparation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
