Stantec seeks a Senior Estimator to lead cost estimating for large civil construction projects. The role involves managing teams, developing estimates, and coordinating schedules while offering flexibility in work arrangements. As a Senior Estimator at Stantec, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating large multi-discipline heavy civil cost estimates and construction schedules. You will work with a dynamic team of cost estimators, schedulers and construction engineers in Stantec's construction engineering group. You will be a productive leader on the team and will mentor and support others in the development of their skills. You will be responsible for coordinating teams of discipline estimators, and the position will frequently require the direct estimating of at least one project discipline.
The position will have the responsibility to support exciting, complex projects throughout the world ranging from approximately $1 million to $2 billion. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and development of cost estimates and schedules for design teams at traditional project development milestones.

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
