Job summary

Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. (ESS) in Missouri seeks an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the estimating process for construction projects from start to finish.

You will review plans, prepare detailed cost estimates and bids, collaborate with departments and suppliers, and ensure estimates are accurate, timely, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, with experience in a construction setting preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
• Experience with government contracts and compliance is a plus.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as HeavyBid, inEight, or Bid2Win.

Responsibilities
