The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial construction estimating, strong knowledge of trade scopes, pricing, and takeoff platforms, plus excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Experience for a General Contractor is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction systems, trade scopes, and pricing.
• Experience managing estimates from early budgeting through final submission.
• Ability to review drawings, specs, and subcontractor proposals.
• Proficiency with commonly used estimating and takeoff platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
